Alcohol Screening Day Kits (Bob Carey)

A motion to approve purchase of Alcohol Screening Day Kits for Warren Wilson & Isothermal was made by Bob Carey, seconded by Bill Cook and passed.

Member Recruitment         (All Members)

Member recruitment was discussed. Bill advised that two potential members were planning on attending the Monday meeting, if possible.

WHN Local Business Plan (Bob Carey)

The Governance and Administration Functions section of the Strategic Objectives portion of WHN Local Business Plan was discussed item by item to ascertain if objectives for fiscal year 2007-2008 had been met and what progress was being made on FY 2008-2009. Bob will compile a paper with findings to present for March meeting.

Draft Board Report on UM Proposal     (All Members)

A draft of CFAC report to WHN board on Medicaid UM proposal was discussed and it was agreed that Bob would e-mail it to all members for farther discussion at the CFAC meeting on February 23.
