UR/UM Discussion (Louis Stein)
|
Information was emailed at an earlier date and some copies were handed out for review. Dr. Stein talked about how Value Options currently has control of Medicaid funds and how it would benefit WHN to take back control of Utilization Review. During Saturday, 2/21/09 meeting, CFAC came up with a few concerns that members have and have written up a summary of the concerns and would like these answered and would like the WHN Board to hear the CFAC concerns. Arthur responded to CFAC concerns regarding WHN taking over Medicaid Utilization Review.

CFAC agrees that Leslie will email the group an updated decision summary to present to the WHN Board and CFAC will come to a decision over email on what they would like to present.
