WHN Update

State Budget – State is still looking at Fund Balances and how they are being spent by the LME’s.  WHN is looking at services and where money can be saved.  WHN since last year has a 50% increase in clients and a 20% increase in Provider Agency billing.  Communication Bulletin #99.   The fact is that many providers will probably not survive leaving more gaps in services.

WHN currently has 6 positions that are not filled saving WHN money.  Two staff members will be retiring by the end of the year.

Heidi will make suggested corrections
