Note: Please do not give the contact information for Iron Mountain to any consumers or other agencies requesting medical records.

Western Highlands holds the following types of medical records:

• Former Blue Ridge Center
• Former Trend Mental Health
• Former Rutherford and Polk Mental Health
• Former New Vista's and Mountain Laurel (please note that these records are a $15 up front fee)
• Former Patton Counseling (we have active cases only)
  

The Medical Records Clerk also handles questions regarding Charter Records, Highland Hospital Records, and Appalachian Hall Records.
