Online Recovery Support was born out of an idea that everyone in recovery should have a place to call home. This place could exist on the Internet and be a place for people to gather and share anything they felt was appropriate and relevant to their healing or recovery process. A place that was free to everyone, and gave anyone who visited an opportunity to express themselves about chemical dependency or mental illness and find support if they needed it. Professionals can talk about their services and share material that is relevant to healing in any form. Family members, partners, therapists, counselors, addicts. Onlinerecoverysupport is for anyone who is looking for a place in the recovering community to call home. We welcome you. Please click the icon to the left to access this site.

Research reveals that by age 12, many of our youth have started experimenting with drugs and alcohol. By age 16, almost twenty percent are drinking and/or using substances to the level of addiction.
"TWELVE" is the honest, first person testimonial of surviving those years, and for many, surviving the subsequent years of a misunderstood and debilitating substance abuse battle. Please click the icon above to view this 45 minute documentary which shows young alcoholics and drug addicts that are seeking a better way of life through a process called RECOVERY.
