Procedures

Grievance: A grievance (or complaint) is an expression of dissatisfaction by or on behalf of a consumer or provider agency about any matter other than an action.

Appeal: An appeal is a request for administrative review of an Action taken by WHN.

There are multiple types of appeals that can be filed with WHN. The type of appeal you file with WHN would depend on the Action that you are appealing. At the time that an Action is communicated to you, you will also be notified of your appeal rights.
