All of our staff are bound by state and federal regulations and by a professional code of ethics to protect the confidentiality of information you share with your counselor. We not only protect information about your personal affairs, but also the fact that you have received services. The only conditions under which we must disclose information without a client's permission are when he is dangerous to himself or others, in response to a court order, or when otherwise required by law.
