Clinical Collaboration Spanish Speaking Providers (Access Family Services)

Our Goal: Support and enhance cultural competency of clinical service providers for the Spanish speaking community of Western North Carolina.

Our Methods: Share insights (whether they are gleaned from personal or professional experiences or education) at a monthly forum of clinicians to broaden our understanding, skills, and community resources in serving as ‘helper’ to the myriad cultures within the Spanish speaking community. Provide specific clinical support and collaboration for providers with respect to confidentiality needs.

For More Info: We are actively gathering professionals and community members who have something to share and something to learn, while working to identify a regular date/time/place to convene. Email your name, phone number, and days of typical availability, and we will let you know about our next gathering which is projected to occur the last week of June.

Access Family Services (828-670-7723 x 232) is currently hosting meetings; please send email inquiries to Erica Coates at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
